Blackwater Refuge is home to one of the largest breeding populations of bald eagles in the United States. Bring the family and spend a fun day at the Refuge learning about bald eagles and spotting them in the wild.

Entrance and all events free, including our popular Eagle Prowl Except for the bird walk, programs will run approximately 30-45 minutes Note that the Festival will be held rain or shine
